About Me

My name is Cairon Cooke and I have been a football coach for over seven years and have coached a variety of different ages and abilities.
As a Football Coach based within London and Kent, I have learnt a lot of different techniques and sessions to help each individual progress. I have developed my own unique and effective teaching methods. I focus on getting your body and mind focused on the game and prepare you to compete against the best at your level. Having previous experience coaching in multiple different football academies across different countries has allowed me to further my understanding whilst studying for a degree in Football Coaching and Management.
